Kigali Independent University ULK believes in the mantra that those who do not publish are likely to perish. this is because publications analyze the existing situation within the society and tries to suggest possible solutions to problems therein. that is the reason for which on a quarterly basis, lecturers at Kigali Independent University ULK find it a must to have their articles published either in the local journal or in an international journal of their choice.
